Questions, answered

Before we begin.

Can my evaluation be completed virtually?

Virtual appointments are offered for clients located in New York or New Jersey at the time of the appointment. Location and suitability for a remote evaluation are confirmed before scheduling.

What does an evaluation cost?

Contact us for a quote based on your evaluation needs. Payment arrangements may be available; the full fee must be paid before the completed report is released. Fees and payment terms are confirmed before you begin.

How long does the process take?

Scheduling and report timelines are confirmed individually. Please share any filing deadlines during your initial inquiry so availability can be discussed before booking.

Is an evaluation the same as therapy?

An evaluation focuses on assessment and a written report for a defined purpose. It is a separate service from ongoing counseling. The scope, confidentiality limits, and informed consent are reviewed before the evaluation.

Does the report guarantee a case outcome?

No. An evaluation documents clinical findings and does not guarantee an immigration outcome. Your attorney provides legal advice and determines how a report may be used in your case.

Can I request language support?

Please let us know your preferred language when you call. Interpreter needs and availability must be discussed before scheduling.
