How to refer a client
- Email to discuss fit. Share the evaluation type, the prospective client’s physical location, language needs, and deadline. Avoid detailed case information in an initial email.
- Confirm scope and availability. The person to be evaluated, records needed, fees, and timeline are clarified before booking.
- Arrange consent and records. Coordination and report delivery are arranged with appropriate written authorization and a suitable secure channel.
What the report provides
The report summarizes relevant history, assessment methods, clinical findings, functional impacts, and limitations. Any diagnosis or recommendation depends on the assessment findings. The report does not offer a predetermined opinion or a guarantee of legal success.
Fees & deadlines
The standard evaluation fee is $1,000. Payment arrangements may be available; the completed report is released after full payment. Filing deadlines must be discussed before the referral is accepted. Review fees and frequently asked questions.
Clearview provides clinical mental health evaluations, not legal advice or immigration representation. Your attorney determines eligibility and how a report may be used. Findings are independent, and no diagnosis or immigration outcome is guaranteed.
